Naturally grown premium hardneck garlic that can be used for seed for fall planting or as culinary garlic for eating. Our Minnesota Grown garlic has tested negative for Garlic Bloat Nematode (Ditylenchus dipsaci). Each bulb is hand planted, harvested by hand and personally inspected prior to sale. Please read the Garlic Info page for more information on our garlic, including sizing and the "rustic" garlic option.
