Rustic Roots Farm is a small family farm located on two parcels near Alexandria, MN. Our home property is surrounded by a maple forest. Our farmland is a short commute away. Our mission is to balance sustainable natural resources with a blend of innovative techniques and traditional methods to produce the highest quality products for our customers.  

We started Rustic Roots Farm to teach our kids the values of independence, hard work, self-reliance, perseverance and creative thinking. They are involved in the day-to-day operations of the farm.

Since 2022, our farm has been honored to be a featured grower at the Minnesota Garlic Festival. 

We have successfully completed the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) Produce Safety Grower Training Course. Rustic Roots Farm is a member of Minnesota Grown, the Sustainable Farming Association, The Minnesota Premium Garlic Project and the Minnesota Maple Syrup Producers' Association.
